Mr. Michael D. McDowell, MSCE, PE, DFE, has been retained as an expert witness/consulting engineer on hundreds of cases in the Western United States. His primary expertise is with civil/geotechnical engineering issues.
At many large forensic engineering firms, the designated expert is seldom present in the field, with much of the work delegated to junior staff. At MCD, we take a different approach. We believe clients deserve direct access to the expert whose name and credentials stand behind the opinion.
